Conflict Coaching and Workshops
Conflicts in relationships are inevitable. Resolving them can be challenging, especially if you don’t know where to start, or feel alone in searching for a solution.
By learning and using reliable tools, identifying core questions, and hearing external perspectives you will improve your ability to handle conflict constructively, allowing for personal growth and healthier relationships, whether they be in your home, at work, or in your community.
As a conflict coach, I will teach you skills, caringly guide you through analysis of the situations you’re facing, and work with you to create plans for moving forward.
I can help you
Initiate and navigate hard conversations
Are there necessary conversations you’ve been avoiding because you think they’ll only make things worse? We’ll help you prepare and strategize.
Concretely analyze the conflict
What are the objective facts and circumstances surrounding the situation? How might we understand the differences in perception or feelings?
Make decisions
We’ll provide clear processes for thinking through decisions and choosing the direction you want to go.
Articulate personal needs and boundaries
An important aspect of conflict resolution is not losing yourself in them. We will help you to clearly and constructively express what you need to maintain your own health.

The Process
Introductory Session
I will meet with each individual for a free 15 minute introductory session to provide a framework for conflict coaching and future sessions. Together we’ll assess whether coaching is the appropriate tool for addressing conflict, or whether other approaches might be preferable.
Sessions
Conflict coaching is often done through a few sessions over a period of weeks or months. Depending on what you decide to discuss, the timeline can be determined together. Each session is one hour long.
During your sessions, I will listen, ask direct questions, suggest and help you practice new skills, and support you in making changes to reach your goals. Together we will discuss what is happening, how and what you would like to see change, and develop a plan to get there.
